At Alloy.ai, we help consumer brands make better, faster decisions with real-time sales and inventory data across their supply chain. But what truly makes Alloy.ai a great place to work? We sat down with Susana Lam, a Customer Success Manager, to hear about her experience and what excites her about the company’s future.
Growing with Alloy.ai – A Conversation with Susana Lam
Q: Hi Susana! Tell us a little bit about why you joined Alloy.ai.
Susana Lam: What really drew me to Alloy was the product. I believe in the problem we’re solving in the demand and inventory intelligence space. Seeing that moment when a client truly understands the power of our platform is incredibly rewarding. It’s what makes my role so fulfilling—knowing that our product is solving a very real problem in the industry.
The second reason is the people. Having worked at various tech companies, I can confidently say that the team at Alloy is one of the smartest I’ve ever worked with. But beyond that, they’re approachable. As a new hire, I quickly realized how easy it is to reach out to anyone—even Joel, our CEO. Despite their deep expertise, people here don’t gatekeep knowledge.
Everyone is incredibly collaborative, and there’s no such thing as a “stupid question” at Alloy.
Q: What do you think the future holds for Alloy.ai?
Susana Lam: Even though Alloy has already accomplished a lot, there’s still so much opportunity ahead. The market is shifting, and the industry is evolving—especially with Walmart introducing Luminate and the new challenges that come with it.
I see Alloy continuing to grow and expand its impact. There’s a lot left to achieve, and I’m excited to be part of that journey.
